Do you have ___ in stock in __ size?

Answer: If you can select an item and add it to cart then it is in-stock. Our inventory status is live and updates immediatly. On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock when ordered we will contact you to see if you want the item backordered or canceled. We will not automatically backorder an item

 

What are your store hours?

Answer: Monday-Thursday 8:00AM-6:00PM, Friday 8:00AM-8:00PM, Saturday 8:00AM-6:00PM (Central Time) Closed on Sundays 

Holiday Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:00AM-6:00PM Fri 8:00AM-9:00PM Saturday 8:00AM-7:00PM Sunday 11-4 (Central Time)

 

Do you take international mail in repairs?

Answer: At this time we can only accept domestic orders, within the USA for mail in repair

 

How much is my shipping?

Answer: Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed checkout where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. With orders over $199 we offer free shipping!

 

What can I return?

Answer: You can return or exchange any item that's in its original condition (unwashed and unworn) within 30 days of arrival. Custom items and final clearance items are not refundable (Pre-break in does not count as customization).

 

Can I return Clearance and customized or personalized items?

Answer: Sorry, these items may not be returned. A pre-break in does not count as customized. 

 

Do I need a return authorization for my return?

Answer: No, but if you want to give us any specific directions, you may call customer service at 1-217-223-9709.

 

What if I want a refund but I used a gift card?

Answer: No problem. We make all refunds in the original form of payment. So if you used a Boyer's BootNShoe gift card to make your purchase, you'll receive a refund back on a Boyer's BootNShoe gift card.

 

Can I return any online purchase to the store?

Answer: Yes. You may return any products purchased on our website in our store in Quincy, IL
