If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for a refund, credit, or exchange. Our hassle-free customer care people promise to always treat you with honesty and fairness.

How To Ship Your Return Or Exchange

To return or exchange your purchase, please wrap the package securely, insure it, and include original Boyer's BootNShoe invoice you received with the shipment. You can reprint this invoice in MY ACCOUNT. Please indicate the reason for return on the invoice.

Allow 2-3 weeks for your return or exchange to be processed. Sorry, delivery charges are not refundable.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (added zippers for example), and final clearance items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

FAQ

What can I return?

You can return or exchange any item that's in its original condition (unwashed and unworn) within 30 days of arrival. Custom items and final clearance items are not refundable.

Can I return Clearance and customized or personalized items?

No. These items may not be returned. A pre-break in does not count as customized. 

Do I need a return authorization for my return?

No, but if you want to give us any specific directions, you may call customer service at 1-217-223-9709.

What if I want a refund but I used a gift card?

No problem. We make all refunds in the original form of payment. So if you used a Boyer's BootNShoe gift card to make your purchase, you'll receive a refund back on a Boyer's BootNShoe gift card.

Can I return any online purchase to the store?

Yes. You may return any products purchased on our website in our store in Quincy, IL
